Davacı tarafından aleyhinize açılan Ortaklığın Giderilmesi davasının yapılan yargılamasında:
Davacı tarafından açılan davada; İstanbul ili. Küçükçekmece ilçesi, Fatih mahallesi, 13 pafta, 4804 ve 4805 parselde kayıtlı taşınmazda ortaklığının giderilmesi talep edilmiştir.
Mahkememizce dava dilekçesinde belirtilen adresinize ve mernis (3413 WEST 190TH STREET TORRANCE, CA 90504 9988 / AMERİKA BİRLEŞİK DEVLETLERİ/TORRANCE) adresinize dava dilekçesi ekli duruşma gününü bildirir davetiye çıkarılmış ise de tebligat yapılamamıştır, bu sebeple dava dilekçesi ve duruşma gününün ilanen tebliğine karar verilmiştir.
Duruşma günü: 19/11/2024 günü saat: 11:00’da duruşmada bizzat hazır bulunmanız, veya kendinizi bir vekille temsil ettirmeniz, yahut açılan davaya karşı iş bu ilanın ilan tarihinden tarihinden itibaren iki hafta içinde cevap verebileceğiniz; aksi halde dava dilekçesinde ileri sürülen vakıaları inkar etmiş sayılacağınız; 6100 Sayıl Kanunun 122 ve 128. maddeleri gereğince dava dilekçesi yerine geçerli olmak üzere ilanen tebliğ olunur.

In the trial of the Elimination of Partnership case filed against you by the plaintiff;
In the case filed by the plaintiff; it has been requested to eliminate the partnership in the immovable property registered in Istanbul province, Küçükçekmece district, Fatih neighborhood, sheet 13, parcel 4804 and 4805.
Although an invitation was issued notifying the date of the hearing attached to the petition to your address and mernis (3413 WEST 190TH STREET TORRANCE, CA 90504 9988 /UNITED STATES OF AMERICA/TORRANCE) specified in the lawsuit petition by our court, the notification could not be made, therefore, it was decided to notify the petition and the date of the hearing by announcement.
On the day of the hearing: on 19/11/2024 at 11:00, you will be present in person at the hearing, or have yourself represented by a lawyer, or you will be able to respond to the lawsuit filed within two weeks from the date of announcement of this announcement; otherwise, you will be deemed to have denied the facts put forward in the lawsuit petition; in accordance with Articles 122 and 128 of the Law No. 6100, it is announced to be valid instead of the lawsuit petition.
