Amerika Birleşik Devletleri Vatandaşlığına geçen 12925227370 T.C kimlik nolu, Yılmaz ve Sare oğlu, 1967 doğumlu davalı Bülent Ertuğrul Güzel adına Adalet Bakanlığı aracılığı ile gönderilen Bilirkişi Raporu adreste bulunamadığından bahisle evrak bila ikmal iade edilmiştir. Dosyada başkaca adresi de bulunamadığından davalıya bilikişi raporunun ilanen tebliğine karar verilmiştir.
5/03/2023 tarihli bilirkişi kurulu ek raporunda toplam kamulaştırma bedelinin 850.673,04 TL olduğu, dahili davalı Bülent Ertuğrul Güzel’in payına isabet eden bedelin 1.107,64 TL olduğu tespit edilmiş olup işbu ilanın gazetede ilanından itibaren yedi gün sonra tebliğ edilmiş sayılacağı, tebliğden itibaren de 2 hafta içerisisinde bilirkişi raporuna itiraz dilekesi ibraz edebileceği, itiraz edilmediği taktirde bilirkişi ek raporuna itiraz etme hakkından vazgeçmiş sayılacağı hususu ilanen tebliğ olunur.

In the Expropriation (Price Determination and Registration) lawsuit filed by the claimant MINISTRY OF TREASURY AND FINANCE against the respondents ABDULKADIR CETIN and his friends;
The document, which is the Expert Report sent through the Ministry of Justice to the respondent Bulent Ertugrul Guzel, with Turkish ID number 12925227370, born in 1967, son of Yilmaz and Sare, who is now a citizen of the United States of America, was returned without being completed since he could not be found at the address. Since no other address could be found in the file, it was decided to notify the the expert report to the respondent publicly.
In the additional expert report dated 05/03/2023, it was determined that the total expropriation price was 850,673.04 TL, and the price corresponding to the share of the internal respondent Bulent Ertugrul Guzel was 1,107.68 TL, an it is hereby notified that this announcement shall be deemed to have been notified seven days after its publication in the newspaper, and that an objection petition may to the exper report may be submitted within two weeks from notification, and that if no objection is made, the right to object to the additional expert report shall be deemed to have been waived.
