Sulh Hukuk Mahkemesinin 2017/90 esas sayılı davası açıldığı ve keşfin yapıldığı, keşif sonrası Gayrimenkul Değerleme Uzmanı(İnşaat) bilirkişisi ve Harita Mühendisi bilirkişisinin 25/01/2023 havale tarihli bilirkişi raporunu dosyamıza sundukları anlaşılmış olup, davalı Şükrü TERLİKCİOĞULLARI’na konsolosluk aracılığı ile tebligat yapılamaması nedeniyle ilanen tebliğ yapılmasına karar verildiğinden, davalı Şükrü TERLİKCİOĞULLARI’nın, “bilirkişi raporuna HMK 281. maddesi gereğince ilan tarihinden itibaren iki hafta içinde itiraz etmediği taktirde bilirkişi raporuna itiraz etme hakkından vazgeçmiş sayılacağının ve satışın ortaklar arasında yapılmasına muvafakatınızın olup olmadığınıza, beyanda bulunmadığız takdirde muvafakat etmemiş sayılacağınız ihtar ve tebliğ olunmasına”, 05 Aralık 2023 günü saat 09:50’de Adana 5. Sulh Hukuk Mahkemesi duruşma salonunda yapılacak duruşmada bizzat hazır bulunması veya kendini bir vekille temsil ettirmesi, aksi takdirde duruşmaya yokluğunda devam edileceği ve yapılan işlemlere itiraz edemeyeceği, işbu ilan tarihinden itibaren yedi gün sonra tebliğ yapılmış sayılacağı ihtar olunarak bilirkişi raporu ve duruşma günü yerine geçerli olmak üzere ilanen tebliğ olunur.

The lawsuit numbered 2017/90 was filed by the plaintiff Zeki ULUDAĞ in Adana 5th Civil Court of Peace for the elimination of the existing partnership in the immovable property numbered 931 block 16 parcel in Reşatbey neighborhood, Seyhan district, Adana province and reconnaissance was made.
