In the matter of the ongoing Divorce case between MEHMET ALI TOLUNAY, the Petitioner, and NAHIDE TONULAY, the Respondent, the Court hereby Issues the following notification:
Given the absence of prior notification to NAHİDE TONULAY, identified by Turkish Identification Number 34624723786, born in Teheran on 01 July 1956, daughter of Muhammed Rıza and Şukuh Sadet, it is mandated that the preliminary hearing details be conveyed through public announcement.
Please be informed of the ensuing directives:
Failure to attend the hearing scheduled for 04 July 2024 at 10:25 a.m., or to participate
without engaging in the proceedings, may result in the dismissal of the case.
It is incumbent upon you to facilitate an amicable settlement and your absence from the hearing forfeits your right to contest actions taken in your absence, should the opposing party opt to proceed.
Documents outlined in your petition must be submitted to the Court within two weeks of receiving this notice, or adequate explanations must be provided for their procurement from alternate sources.
Failure to comply within the stipulated timeframe may lead to the forfeiture of reliance
on said evidence.
Notice of these obligations will be considered served seven days following this
announcement.
Your attention to these matters is imperative for the orderly progression of the legal
proceedings.

Muhammed Rıza ve Şukuh Sadet’ten olma, 01/07/1956 Tahran doğumlu, 34624723786 T.C. Kimlik Nolu, NAHİDE TONULAY’a tebligat yapılmamış olduğundan davalıya ön inceleme duruşma gün ve saatinin ilanen tebliğine karar verilmiştir.
Duruşmanın atılı bulunduğu 04/07/2024 günü saat 10:25’te duruşmaya gelmediğiniz veya gelip de davayı takip etmediğiniz takdirde dosyanın işlemden kaldırılacağı, sulh için gerekli hazırlığı yapmanız, duruşmaya gelmediğiniz takdirde diğer tarafın yargılamaya devam etmek istemesi durumunda yokluğunuzda yapılan istemlere itiraz edemeyeceğiniz, davetiyenin tebliğinden itibaren 2 haftalık kesin süre içerisinde dilekçenizde gösterdiğiniz ancak henüz sunmadığınız belgeleri mahkemeye sunmanız veya başka yerden getirilecek belgelerin getirilebilmesi amacıyla gereken açıklamayı yapmanız, bu hususları verilen süre içinde yerine getirmemeniz halinde o delile dayanmaktan vazgeçmiş sayılacağınıza karar verileceği hususunun da ilan tarihinden itibaren 7 gün sonra tebliğ yapılmış sayılacağı ilanen tebliğ olunur.
