Since the address investigation yielded no results, it was decided to serve the lawsuit petition and preliminary proceedings report via public announcement.
The lawsuit petition and preliminary proceedings report shall be deemed served 7 days after the publication of this announcement. From the date of service of the announcement, you are required to submit your response and evidence to our court within the 2-week definitive period specified under Articles 122, 126, and 129 of the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure (HMK).
