It’s the 25th annual fireworks spectacular at Fairplex. Monster trucks and motoX extreme get the crowd cheering and the stupendous fireworks are the grand finale. The nighttime programming is a crowd pleaser and has played to a sold-out audience since its inception in 2002. It puts the boom in KABOOM!
The FMX riders delivering the colossal speed, moves, jumps and spins are the amazing Jimmy Fitzpatrick, Jeff Griffin, Julian Dusseau and Nick Dunn. And, then the dusty big boys appear led by Bounty Hunter, Iron Outlaw, Time Fly’s, Fired Up and Obsession. Drivers navigate these behemoths weighing between 9-11 thousand pounds perched on 66 inch tires kicking up the dust and excitement levels exponentially.

Welcome to the 13th Annual 4th of July Spectacular presented by Shepherd of the Hills Church and Shapell Homes; one the largest 4th of July shows in all of Southern California. This event features an aerial fireworks presentation, inflatable “moon bounces” for the kids and a wide variety of local food vendors. In addition, we will have a Civil Air Patrol Cadets color guard presentation honoring military service men and women.

General Admission Tickets
The July 4th event takes place at CBS Studio Center (4024 Radford Ave Studio City). This year’s music performer is The Diane Lotny Band Boggie Knights. The Black Sheep Squadron will perform a show with their model airplanes. The Television and Motion Picture Car Club (www.streetfire.net/video/fireball-tims-world-of-cars-movie-cars-at-cbs_742254.htm, http://www.motorator.com/videos/1154) will be at the event having a car show. There is also a business expo featuring local businesses And of course there will be an amazing fireworks show at the end of the night. All of this is included in the General Admission price.
You can purchase beverages at the event. If you have young children you can purchase a $12 wristband for the Kids Fun Zone, good all night long for any of their bouncy fun houses. You can bring your own picnic or buy food (hotdogs, hamburgers, popcorn, etc.) at the event.
