Thank the Utah Governor For Recognizing Khojaly – Honoring victims of the crime against humanity
On March 2, 2015, Governor Gary R. Herbert of the U.S. State of Utah recognized the 23rd anniversary of the Khojaly Massacre in a formal letter addressed to the Azerbaijani diplomatic mission on the West Coast. Utah thus joined a long list of states that recognized the horrific atrocity committed by the Armenian forces against innocent Azerbaijani civilians, men, women and children, in 1992.
