Davacı KERİME TEPE tarafından Davalı CEMAL TEPE aleyhine açılan Mal Rejiminden Kaynaklanan Alacak davasının yapılan yargılamasında;
Davalının bilinen adresine davetiye çıkarılmış ise de tebligat yapılamadığı, adres araştırmasından da bir netice alınamadığından mahkememizin 2023/742 Esas sayılı dosyasının 31/03/2026 günü saat 09:30’da yapılacak olan duruşmasına ilişkin davetiyenin İLANEN tebliğine karar verilmiştir.

In the proceedings of the Claimant, KERIME TEPE, against the Defendant, CEMAL TEPE, regarding the lawsuit for Receivables resulting from the Property Regime, the following matters have been established:
A summons was issued to the defendant’s last known address; however, service could not be effected, and no result was obtained from the address investigation. Therefore, regarding the hearing scheduled in the file numbered 2023/742, the Court has decided that the summons shall be served by public announcement for the hearing to be held on 31/03/2026 at 09:30.
You are hereby notified that you must personally appear at the hearing to be held on 31/03/2026 at 09:30. Should you fail to appear on the specified date and time, or appear but fail to pursue the case, the file will be removed from the docket. In the event that you fail to appear at the hearing without a valid excuse, proceedings will continue in your absence, and you will not be entitled to object to the actions taken.
